The goal of the ATTRv Amyloidosis Performance Improvement Playbook (“Playbook”) is to provide clinicians with practical tools to improve the delivery of comprehensive, collaborative care that meets the individual needs of patients with ATTRv amyloidosis. The Playbook offers insights and resources informed by a nationwide quality improvement (QI) initiative and curated to address four major barriers that can inhibit comprehensive care and improved outcomes for patients with ATTRv amyloidosis: 1) delayed diagnosis; 2) incomplete diagnostic workups; 3) lack of shared decision-making with patients; and 4) insufficient follow-up to monitor for disease progression.

ATTRv amyloidosis is an under-recognised multisystemic disease that presents with varying signs and symptoms often misattributed to other conditions. This Resource Centre contains tools to elevate awareness of ATTRv amyloidosis in your community.

This Resource Centre offers tools to assist you in the comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis of ATTRv amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy and/or polyneuropathy.
